1. Entities:-
a) The Child:- It is the core of the mind. The experience and emotions of early childhood forms the core layer.
b) The Social Version:- This is the version you present to the world, more acceptable, charming. This is the mask or the persona.
c) The Animal:- This is the dark part of your mind. This is the most selfish version that keeps you alive. The primate traits of food and reproduction is the animal version.
d) The Protector:- This is part of your mind which learns, grows, observes, adoppts. This is like your parent which protects the child in you.
e) The Ego:- Ego is the part of your mind that gives you the identity. It Defends you at the moment of threat.
2. Identification:- In order to identify how each of these inner entities are framed, you need to test each one. For instance, honestly asses when your animal instinct is triggered and what you intend to do then. Evaluate when you live with a controlling power-freak, how your protector shapes up.
3. Exploration:- Because all of the entities are subconcious, you would not know their existance. Start with your early childhood memory and see how you behaved in different scenerio.
