60-Minutes Detoxification Therapeutics to Help Body Heal from Day-long negativity and toxicity
This routine needs to be followed in the evening after sunset. Therefore you need to end your day before at least 2 hours of dinner. You will need 30 minutes of preparation for detoxification, 30 minutes of detoxification, and 30 minutes to get back to your life, and then you will spend at least 30 minutes with your family before dinner.
- Slowly drink from a glass half a liter of water over 10 minutes time.
- Relax for 10 more minutes. Loosen your muscle and body.
- Got to freshen up. If you are comfortable, take a warm shower(highly recommended).
- Lie down on the bed and read a few pages of a storybook. (I suggest erotic literature, which also stimulates your sexual pathways, that are associated with the parasympathetic system)
- Switch off your mobile(not silence, switch off) for 30 minutes.
- Keep a dim light, and put off the neon or CFL light. (It relaxes pupils).
- Close the doors and prevent any outside noise. If you have a family, ask the family not to disturb you for these 60 minutes.
- While reading, you might fall asleep, or nap, and that is perfectly fine.
- You may play light music in the room, like a saxophone, violin, and piano, but not with headphones.
After detoxification
- Do not debate, argue, outbursts.
- Avoid using phones. (talking over the phone is absolutely not advisable)
- Avoid watching television.
- Prefer talking with family, sharing stories, and discussing growth and positive things. (See the first table).
Points to be strictly followed and remembered
- Just like our working time is fixed, our detoxification time must also be fixed. Hence you have to carry out this therapeutic every day exactly at the same time.
- Because when the body and brains suffer from toxicity, our limbic brain is more active, which is our habit brain, you need to follow this every day, so that brain can form a habit.
