here are some things that everyone should understand.
1. Give the blueprint of Meta to ten of us, and we will build the entire system up and running with cheap distributed hardware chips in not more than 30 days.
But, get a billion to each one of us, and we will still not touch the code of Meta. Because we care what we leave behind for our children, not how some Fed bank tops and Fund’s heads think or feel the world is.
2. After spending more hours with Bankers, Mark forgot one key principle. In other sectors, the productivity difference between good and average is 10-50%. When it comes to technology, the difference is 10,000x to 50,000x.
3. For example, Steve Woznick single-handedly created the entire Apple II, including the motherboard, OS, and graphics interface. Facebook ran on Mark’s code for about five years before he became filthy rich from a filthy exceptional coder.
4. Because there are thousands of tech schools, etc., you can’t produce a Woznick, Mark, or Sergey in the schools. And you can’t replace one Woz with even 100k employees. There is a reason why Elon stays out of the Bay area.
Wisdom is money can neither create a brain nor buy a brain.
1. Meta is being criticized for bad graphics and poor adaptation.
2. People still think that meta is about a metaverse where people will wear headsets and roam around.
3. In reality, the metaverse is neither what mark thinks it is nor what people think it is.
4. As mark sees the failure, he will keep studying the failures
a) How employees who are not passionate about what they are doing stick to the company for salary.
b) How much does most of the world want him to fail miserably?
c) How money can not buy passion.
d) How lonely the world is and how fake social media is.
Once he goes through this failure, he will be spending all his time in the real metaverse, the inner world.
B. We live in a connected subconscious metaverse.
Two experiments:-
a) Go near a tree and try to throw some stones to hit the tree. You will miss the target. Now close your eyes and imagine that you are hitting the tree with Peebles hard. Keep throwing, and you will see that, surprisingly, most of your stones are now hitting the target.
b) Imagine that over the next three days, you will see some red cars outside. Just go out and see the magic. See the number of red cars you are watching.
How similar is this subconscious metaverse?
a) If you are anemic, you will see the nightmare of falling into a well or people chasing you, whereas you feel breathlessness.
b) If you continuously live a life of fear and worry, and then you meet a person whom you perceive would help you and is your solution, you will invariably see dreams of tigers.
This subconscious world is genetic and has been embedded in us for thousands of years.
If the dreams are similar, is there a chance that they would be connected?
i) Observe how you will attract the type of person you really are.
ii) As you grow, new sets of people will appear in your life. Then new, then new. You look back and feel, gosh, I was with so many cheap people. No, you were just one of them.
iii) Because our subconscious consumes 70%+ of our energy, it drives pretty much everything. You attract the type of people your subconscious finds similar.
iv) If you are anemic, your partner will, in all likelihood, have kidney disease, and he/she will see dreams of blasts, killings, and zombies chasing him/her.
How will Metaverse travel toward success?
i) Mark will slowly get this serendipity that the world is already a connected metaverse of the subconscious.
ii) That we are already living in the simulation of our subconscious.
iii) That ability to communicate with that subconscious and others’ subconscious is communication’s ultimate challenge.
iv) A completely different world can be constructed there, and it will be the world pop-out in the real world.
While the others will be whining, cribbing, and mocking, he will figure out this key fundamental.
He will also figure out this piece of writing. He will know what to do with the rest of the meta employees and what simple course corrections he would need to build the most powerful communication that was ever built.
