The story of the book

i) On March 9th, 2021, We Announced the Launch of the Book
ii) The book was ready in July 2021.

However, I had enormous doubts regarding Emotions, Employees, and Investment subjects. I have never been able to teach or tell anything that I have not tried in my life.
After almost a year and having sufficient irrefutable data regarding the subjects, we finally launched the book.

iii) When we raised our angel round through 130 retail investors, we understood a different dimension of the business and people.
iv) We started PAIO, a company to help startups raise money from public angel investors.
v) However, while working with the startups, I realized that the founders are far from funding ready, and in many areas, businesses are not scalable.
vi) Because of our middle-class value system, being in the business for 30 years (from age 9), and because of being an old-business school alumnus, I understand that businesses are made in 25 years.
vi) The old business ethics and ideology is challenged by the modern narrative of startups, where extensive bribing and purchasing customers have made it very hard for any founder to build a business without money.
vi) Unfortunately, sustainable businesses can not be built by bloody money just like Theranos.
vii) Though Acculi Labs Pvt Ltd is a Healthcare company, and Lyfas is a lifecare flagship product, we realized over the course of serving patients that if you continue to think and talk about illness, then no one ever recovers, and remaining ill becomes a habit.
Viii) Pain, trauma, illness, and suffering are part of life, and medicine is not the solution; the solution is living, loving, and embracing life.
ix) So instead of just helping people to keep, for example, diabetes in check or counseling people for divorces, we decided, let’s teach the living.
x) That brought us success all over the world. We realized that people could only grow in their intellect, emotions, and love for life. And we realized most people know more about their phones than themselves.
xi) When I started working with PAIO-eligible companies, I realized that the mindset, attitude, killer instinct, resilience, theology, principles, and fundamentals need a paradigm shift to make startups successful.
xii) Irrespective of how much money we have in old age, we will go through emotional turmoil’s if the young generation is weak and not productive or functional. So, the country has to be built. And it is no more a choice but becomes a duty.

The Motivation behind the Book

Entrepreneural India

India has always been a country of entrepreneurs. Even a poor can sell something on the footpath; even an orphan can learn skills and sell a Handkerchief on the train, and even a handicapped immobile person can make hand-made toys. No one in India has ever died in hunger other than East-India company’s Bengal Famine torture that killed over 4 million Bengalis.

Traders, Mandis, and Middleman

Mandis are the one where goods and crops are sold, auctioned, booked in advance, and then distributed through distribution networks.
To understand the value of Indian mandis, even a small mandi like Dabra in MP, which is hardly a town below 1Lakh population, annual rice trading value is over 3000 crores.

The neo-narrative projects such traders as “middleman villains.” They are the ones who helped farmers in a drought with loans and advance purchases. Families were safeguarded because they never let their producers die of hunger.  Earlier, there were agents in all railway stations, negotiating for rooms and taking a commission. There were taxi unions to determine prices. Who were they? Indians. Not perfect, and ideal, but Indians. You had to negotiate for a taxi ride, but with an Indian, also improving your own skills and patience.

A country of Emotion

Earlier, Postman would know everything about a family, tell stories, and write letters on behalf of those who couldn’t write. The milkman would share emotions, the paperwala will share emotions, and you never felt lonely.

The Neo East-Indian Glittering Mafia called Startup Ecosystem.

1. Digital Middlemen: – The aggregated hotel agents, aggregated mandi agents, aggregated postmen, and aggregated grocery.
2. Glitterify anything small and poor earn their livelihood from: Samosa, tea, coffee, papad, achad, dosa, bonda, you name it, and there is a billion-dollar brand.
3. Teachers, doctors, postman, newswala, milkman, replace all with educated youth, and convert the educated youth into imperial slaves.
4. Where the money comes from? China, USA. 70% of the country’s financial data lies with whom? Paytm is the largest digital bank; who owns how much of PayTm?
5. IITan Milkman, IIM Chaiman, Pilani Nariwalwala, Doctor Pakoda!
6. Transforming doctors, engineers, intellects into paperwala, chaiwala, nariwala, eliminating the intellect.
7. Eliminating the emotion providers through robotic delivery zombies.
8. Eliminating teachers with stupid animations.
9. Eliminating doctors with stupid watches.
10. We get our social life, just by spending 10/- in a tea shop. Now you have to become sophisticated and brush off 100/- for a seated sophisticated tea experince.

What would youth do? Running 16 hours a day, in scooters, delivering. No production. Unlike China, which focussed on manufacturing and producing hardworking producers, foreign masters chose India to produce hardworking labors.

As a youth, stand against the licker ecosystem and wrench back the freedom our ancestors gave us after 200 years of sacrifice of blood. You don’t stand now, you won’t stand ever, for next 500 years. Convenience, but at what cost? At the cost of losing the complete economy to foreign masters through their agents. It eliminates India’s independence due to its entrepreneurs through billions of dollars of control.

Today there is no place for the small and poor. The foreign masters and their bootlickers who live for the thrown bread and biscuits masters run a circus called a startup ecosystem.
