What is Stress?
The common meaning of stress is when the body and brain have to push more than their capacity. Biologically, our body’s major organs are managed by a nervous system branch called Autonomic Nervous System. It is like a switch system with two branches, the sympathetic and parasympathetic systems. They act as on and off switches, respectively.
So, when the Sympathetic system=Prasympathetic system is, the body is in balance.
For example, when there is one heartbeat every second (heart rate=60 BPM), there is one contraction and one expansion of the heart cycle, and the body is said to be in balance. However, whenever the heartbeat is, say, 90 BPM, in a second heart is beating 1.5 times, which means in 2 seconds 3 times. So, this extra heartbeat is stress. Here stress in percentage is (3-2)x100/2=50%. So, if your heartbeat is 90 beats per minute, your body works 50% more than its capacity.
Some of the common reasons for Stress
- Overthinking.
- Worry about the future.
- Fear about the unknown.
- Overworking.
- Improper sleep and rest.
- Pushing the body against its ability.
- Fear of job loss.
- Continuous losses in business and life.
- Some internal diseases.
- A bad relationship and always thinking about the relationship.
- People whom you trust when cheating you(because your brain is in shock).
- Unsatisfaction with life.
- Extreme greed, envy, or jealousy.
Many such things add extra pressure to your brain and body and stress the body.
What happens when stress persists for a long?
Stress is like pushing your car at the highest speed. The engine gets heated, and it needs more petrol(energy), as well as excess engine oil and coolant required. However, the wear and tear of the car when it is driven fast is much higher than when it is driven at 40kmph.
It is the same with stress. When the body is under stress, the body has to produce more energy, so the metabolic rate increases. More energy requires more water, and the body gets heated. So you experience more acidity, hair loss, dry skin, constipation, and other symptoms. Hormone cortisol acts as an engine coolant. As you know, the faster you drive a car, the higher the coolant usage. Same way, the adrenal glands located on the top of the kidneys are to produce more cortisol when the body is under stress.
Just like coolant, cortisol also exhausts at some time point. The body needs rest just like a car must be rested and subjected to maintenance. The way a car’s engine is ceased when we continue to drive the car when there is no coolant, the same way the body breaks down due to heat.
Also, a car’s lifespan reduces when overdriven, the same way the body ages much faster, called biological aging.
Therefore, stress is the root cause of all chronic diseases and fast aging(like dark circles, loose skin, and weakness). And, because stress is behind most of our diseases and early death, we must minimize stress at all costs.
What is meant by a Stupid Person?
A dumb person is one with less brain capacity and less knowledge. A dumb person often gets confused in life because their thinking ability is not developed. However, they are compensated by tremendous body capacity. So, the dumb person compensates for the lack of brain efficiency with more bodywork and efficiency. They are extremely hardworking.
A stupid, on the other hand, is an individual with a limited brain capacity but very little awareness of this limitation. Unlike dumb who know that our mental capacity limits us and so will have to work harder, stupids develop a false sense of belief about their intelligence. And then they push themselves to prove this intelligence. They become successful in achieving degrees and jobs and prosper in their careers because the lack of brain capacity is compensated by confidence.
They adapt various shortcuts and strategies to grow externally(money, resources), but then with age, the brain’s disbelief about their belief about themselves amplifies. Because their own brain stops believing that they are intelligent, they seek social proof. So they preach and advise others. If more people follow their path, then they are obviously intelligent. Right?
In short, A dumb has limited brain capacity and knows that he has a limited brain, so he compensates by hard work;
A stupid is also with limited brain capacity, but who lies to themselves that they are smart, and so all the times seek social validity;
The Scientific proof that Stupids cause stress
In Physics, Stress(σ) = Force(F)/Area(A)-(1)
In humans, Human Stress(Hσ) = Decisions(D)/Brain(B)-(2)
Your stress(Yσ)=Hσ+ΣHσ(n), -(3)
where n is people in your life.
When one doesn't have/use the brain,
B=0, (we call them idiots in plain English)
Replacing the value of B in equation(2)
Hσ=∞.
if any of Hσ(n) is 0 in equation(3), Yσ=∞, always.
Hence it is mathematically proved that even if there is one stupid in your life, your stress (Yσ) will always be infinitely (∞).
Normal understanding of why stupids cause Stress
Mathematics is all good, but why do we have stress when we have stupids in life? Or is our stress caused by stupids only?
- Because stupids never accept that they have low brain capacity and have false confidence, you always get attracted by that.
- Your brain thinks, well, if he/she is successful, then he must know more than me. But you have no idea that the stupid is faking confidence.
- Because they always seem to share with you the secret sauce of their success, you follow them blindly because who else will share why they are successful? But you, at that moment, do not know that they are internally not confident, and that’s why they want to see you doing what they have said, to get validation that they are intelligent.
- Because stupids have limited brain capacity but want to become successful, and have high confidence, even though they have low awareness, they are often manipulative and sweet.
- All in all, stupids easily influence the brain and appear smart, successful, happy, sorted, sought after, energetic, intelligent, and confident. So, you, too, lose your awareness and ability to detect false from reality.
- Once you lose awareness, over a period of time, you too start developing confidence just to overcome the disbelief inside you. When you realize that you made a mistake, you start questioning yourself, how can I make a mistake?
- Over some time, you, too, become opinionated and rigid and stop listening to your inner voice.
Lead a stress-free life. Take an Anti-Idiot Vaccine today. - Because you disconnect yourself from your inner voice and awareness, your brain’s operational area to reduces. From equation(1) we already know that reduced brain area increases stress.
Advanced Quick Identification of Stupids
During this path-breaking Mathematical research, it was also found that,
X+"ist"/"ism"=Stupids--(4). Always.
Where X can be different complete or incomplete English words like “human”, “right,” “left,” “capital,” “social,” “fe***,” etc.
But why anyone who follows an ideology is stupid?
As you can recall from our discussion, one of the hallmarks of stupidity is that they always look for validation and people like you; by becoming part of a group or ideology, they don’t have to worry about their individualism.
“If others are following this ideology, and if there are many of them, then if I follow the ideology, I am not stupid, and I am intelligent because those who follow that ideology are all happy, successful, sorted people.”
Conclusion
Hence, it can be concluded that by not becoming any X”ist” and by not engaging with any X”ist”s, you can eliminate stupidity from equation(2) and can avoid infinite stress.
