Is a stable bounded set of repetitive electro-chemical reactions, that take energy from the environment, to keep repeating the reactions and has the ability to recreate another independent copy of itself.
C. Fundamentals of Life
Any chemical reaction requires a catalyst and heat(energy). And a hydrocarbon chain called DNA acts like a program that tells the cell how to remain alive and replicate.
So, Survive:- Maintaining the homeostasis
Thrive:- Making the energy available for its copies, and reducing the factors that may deplete the catalyst and energy.
Reproduce: making copies.
D. Self Measure of health
Too tired or overenergetic=unhealthy.
No sex or lot of sex or sex without a child, or child without sex=unhealthy.
No food or a lot of food=unhealthy.
running or sleeping all the time=unhealthy.
E. Human Health
Organs and cells communicate with the brain and each other about their rate of reactions through the Autonomic Nervous system(a sensor-relay-based system) that tries to keep this balance in the body.
Quality of Human health is a measure of Autonomic Homeostasis.
F. Healthcare is Your body and the Female of the Family
Healthcare is the ability to maintain homeostasis, it is inside your body. Humans are social animals. Care is an X-chromosome function. So males bring food and energy, and female provides care. Because none other than the females of the home know the body and brains of children and their men better, they are the only ones who can provide care.
G. If Healthcare is Our Body, Why it is an Industry?
In 900 AD, when Jerusalem pilgrims arrived at the temple mount, they would be tired. Church saw an opportunity and started beds and male nurses to provide them with recovery.
Later Chruch went on a rampage to term females who cared for their families as witches and killed 750000 females in Europe in 200 years.
After 1945 WW II, corporates snatched away the female role of care, because they had to enslave them as cheap labors.
H. Jokers of Healthcare
Only a blind dumb will buy the corporate narrative that care is an industry and healthcare=hospitals, medicines, machines, degrees, and diagnosis.
Healthcare=Female of the Family+ you.
Investment=Energy(food, stories, emotions) to females.
I. Why Healthcare has become merely a Pharma Trading and Selling?
We by design can not care for anything and anyone losing which doesn’t cause us emotional turmoil.
People can care for and maintain their cars, not neighbors irrespective of their love for the car.
When our children are ill, our brain works in a completely different way. When we are put into a survival threat, our brain works in completely different ways. There is a focus, there is a zeal to learn, and there is an urgency to act. That is because the emotional hormone Estrogen is co-regulated with Insulin and so derives energy.
Care can not be commercial as in that setup we care for our “ego”, “our expertise”, and “our income.”
Books do not teach the most important things in life. When a large number of parents in India care only for their reputation and what “log kahenge” and are ready to expend their children for it, how likely will commercial care provide any relief to anyone, forget caring? It is theoretically impossible. And so healthcare is a commercial pharma bazaar.

Tinder(reproduction) and Fiverr(livelihood) are still healthcare companies. The industry is about keeping your pain alive, to keep their income alive.
K. Wisdom of Caution
By force, by sword, by fire, by gaslighting, by money, you can not take away the X-chromosome core functions. Your destruction will be about when not whether.

This reminds of a story in which a man was looking for a key to his locker. And suddenly the power went off.

He searched for the key in the house for quite some time. Then he went out and started looking just outside the porch on the pavement. As he was looking haphazardly, a passing-by neighbor stopped and asked what had happened. He said I am looking for a key. The neighbor also started looking.
