(We are great at diagnosis, therapeutics, and healing, but we don’t charge you for that). We want you to heal, and start growing and make us part of your growth journey.
3) Key discoveries
a) Employee productivity in India is less than my productivity at age 10. Freshers want to add experience. Building a nation is not a priority. Understand and respect people’s priorities.
b) Startup is all about technology and crazy growth. Only with a crazy growth mindset can people build startups and be served by startups. The number is only 5% of the population, but still, that’s huge.
c) The so-called ecosystem and the self-proclaimed mentors, incubators, and blah blahs are one of the least productive people on the planet. They have zero ability to even run a pan shop for a year. This is a circus of jokers. Technology building, scaling, and serving are not done in circuses and with jokers around.
Again, respect people’s priorities and let jokers entertain slaves in the circus.
d) If any business needs funding to “survive,” it is already fucking dead. So, I was just a morgue manager.
e) Marketing doesn’t need money.
f) If you build a business where the problem is people’s illness, and try to solve the illness, then you will always pray for more illnesses. As moronic as it goes, I loved long covid. It is everyone’s role to keep themselves healthy. One who can’t is disloyal to himself. No point in serving disloyal.
Key learnings
When you are always thinking about sickness and illness, you are one of them. Even before I realized I was a secondary psychopath who counted money off people’s pain and illness.
h) India is not yet a country with a growth mindset. If you build a great product, the globe is the market. Earn in $, burn in ₹. You need $ revenue, not funding.

That is a more powerful sentence than a billion dollars that whips you whenever you feel tired. The fact that 150 people love you in a world where your own shadow is a threat and that 150 people see a company as a hope and dream around it is probably the biggest fuel anyone can have.
Promised vs. Delivery
As promised last year, we have become a profitable company. Our debt is about 1Cr. Next year’s goal is to become a debt-free company with 250x Profit growth.
Conclusion
From 2016(pre-inception) to 2021, all I did was raise funding, one round after the other. I am good at raising funds, so it was simple and easy. Thankfully, my childhood poverty has taught me one key aspect of life: “Money can buy a great bungalow, buffet, and bed, but can’t provide either a home, food, or sleep.” So, I always suppressed my temptation to raise more. And that alone has saved us. Raising is an addiction. “Only market makes you wealthy(not rich); investment makes you a slave.”
Thankfully, the time wasted on pitch deck, explaining to rank fools about “what is your go-to-market strategy”, and consuming gyaans from rank intellectually bankrupt jokers about how to build business, branding, make it easy, design well, focus on one, and blah blah, I understood even a minute spent not on users and customers is a crime.
It is extraordinarily hard to earn even a rupee from the market, even one rupee. So focus on that. Rest all are fantasies and circuses. There is no such thing as a Clinical trial, and CE is needed if you have people’s trust.
A marriage certificate doesn’t ensure intimacy; intimacy doesn’t need a certificate. Similarly, tags don’t bring trust; trust doesn’t need tags.
