The Key Psychological Reason for Cramps in the Period
i) For each person, females create a persona. Each persona has a set of behaviors, roles, and responsibilities. For each person, females play multiple roles.
ii) All our different personalities are partitioned. Traditionally, a female can load a mother persona and shut down all other personas while doing the roles of a mother.
iv) A sustained personality overlapping results in a fragmented self. So she stops loading and unloading personas after some time. She is 10% wife, 10% daughter, 10% mother, 10% strict mother, and so on.

The brain remains active, even in sleep, and overthinking takes over at rest. Overthinking is when the brain tries to segregate information into personalities to try to separate personalities.
Effect of fragmented self on Periods
The purposeless period in a fragmented core and fatigued body is the prime reason for cramps, as muscles don’t get enough energy. This is also the reason for not getting sleep(active brain).
Solve the Problem of Cramps in the Period with this Simple Process
A. Self-talk
i) Purpose:– “I am a valuable girl to society because society needs young blood to replace the old. I have to create healthy eggs so as to gift society a healthy child when I give.”
(Repeating this one line on the eve of the period gives your brain a purpose)
B. Partition Personalities
Don’t talk over the phone when you cook. Don’t think about the office when with a child. Don’t think about the child when in office.
C. Stop Overthinking
“Write down what you are thinking, and think only what is written.” Make a habit of writing down in your diary anything that is concerning you. Look into what you have written while thinking about the same.
D. Attach Reasons for everything
i) I have to sleep well so that my body gets relaxed.
ii) Wow, the kitchen is the only place in the world that is mine, let me enjoy it.
Reasons are not needed to be scientific, but there has to have a stable reason. And after tasks, you have to derive satisfaction, because you served a purpose.
E. Manage Eyes
Male eyes are depth-centric, and female spread-centric. So, digital screens stress female eyes and brains 3-4x more than males. Do not use mobile while:-
a) Eating
b) Cooking
c) Talking with child/husband/family.
d) before sleep.

Two days before the date through the period to two days post period, try to follow these steps. You will have a much more relaxed brain and body and cramps will be 30% less. If you can follow for 3 periods, slowly they will become habits.

During periods, you need brain-gut-ovary system function well.
Not “what to do to reduce cramps” matters because your subconscious thoughts will always consume more energy than any other habits or techniques you may want to adopt.
By interlinking your subconscious with a direction of how and what it may think, you prevent the random firing of Neurons which significantly reduces your brain’s overall energy needs.
Lastly, female core sexuality exists in your right brain, which is your creative and imaginary brain.
1. Arts and painting.
2. Reading novels.
3. Write journals of the entire month in those three days, specifically mentioning what you learned.
4. Thinking great experiences of your childhood(not the pain) before sleep.
5. Making toys with clay etc.
6. Creating symmetric designs.
7. Imagining your sexual desires and overall sexual core.
It will all help your brain to turn off the personas and attach to a single child core of yours during the periods. Not only cramps, but you will also find great relief in headaches, bloating, acidity, and shoulder stiffness, as well as heavy bleeding(or darker blood).
