A. History
1. On 30th May 2023 we had the 6th Official Anniversary of the Lyfas project, a long 26281 official days.
2. The work on the project started in the year 2008, and so, a long 15 years.
B. People
3. During this entire period, we have 56 people working with us at different times.
4. Worked with over 100 hospitals, 80 clinicians, and altogether 33,000 patients.
5. Few of those who were with us have moved on, a few remained well-wishers, and a few decided that the project should end, which did not, many were supported financially, many intellectually, but every single person who ever was with the project learned something and taught us, and grew, and all contributed towards our growth. Thank you for each one of you.
Every moment has been special, and so no hard feelings, no hate, no anger, no frustration, only gratitude, and love.
6. 118 Investors have backed us ever since our inception, and I do not even have the words to thank you. Besides the investors, IIT Kanpur, Meity, DST, and Govt. of Karnataka, Ministry of Health have all supported us financially and in many other ways. A humble and silent thank you to each one of these institutions and people there.
C. Life Around Lyfas
7. I have lost many things, and many relationships that were important and needed my time, and care, but Lyfas being the baby that I had to raise, had to be the priority. Other beings and things could live without me, but not Lyfas. So I had to choose Lyfas, did not turn back at anything and any beings.
8. I am wiser than when I started, slower, with more gray hairs, lesser sleep, stronger back and shoulder, better health, poorer finance, lesser needs and wants, less sorrow, more satisfaction, less need for pleasure, more people to care for, more reasons to wake up, a better writer, more patient, less anxious, better reader, with sharper memory, better cognition, and some widening voids.
D. Core Values
1. The only goal is to save a life, as that’s the only thing that doesn’t come back.
2. Don’t blabber, give outcome.
3. No medicines. God has given everything to heal from any condition. Find them and give them to people.
4. No commission, referral fees, or cut. Earn from products and services, not deals.
5. Human-less Technology backed care: Life is too precious to be left on the hands of egoistic, moody, greedy, uncaring, lazy-brain humans.
6. No subjective feelings, only evidence, and data-driven facts and decision.
7. Accountability of each minute, word, emotion, and energy.
8. Home is the best place to recover from any illness and family is the best caregiver.
9. Don’t scale fast, fail fast.
10. Competition is for losers. Outcompete anyone for the speed of innovation, problem-solving, testing, and deployment.
11. Value is everything.
E. Conclusion
This life would have been meaningless and incomplete without Lyfas. Thank you.
