Emotional, Occupational, Physical Health, and Sexual Health are among the primary pillars of life that get altered and shaken once a woman enters into perimenopause. In the perimenopause period, which often lasts for about 4-10 years, when her Estrogen levels fall consistently, a few of the fundamental things that make her a woman herself collapse.ย Problems with menopause are deeper than just symptoms like hot flashes.
Menopause is neither a clinical condition nor a disease that can be and needs to be treated. Menopause needs to be understood and managed. Accepting a new life, creating new sets of responsibilities, and looking at life in a new way but one that has continuity with life is most important for women.
Menopause shakes the very self-perception of a woman, and therefore understanding the new self is more important than simply taking pills for symptomatic relief.

Please note that Lyfas do not share your data with any parties, and all the data is encrypted with industry-standard encryption. You can anytime get all your data deleted by generating a delete-data request. Membership enables you to track the changes in the parameters in subsequent tests and helps you to take proper measurements based on the areas that need improvement.
Prescribing Medicines
