A. Money vs Respect
i) If you are given $1 Million to spit on your mother’s face, and slap your father, would you do it?
ii) If your daughter gets a marriage proposal from the family of D-company, would you marry your daughter? (They are rich, right?)
iii) What will you select? Your father’s property or taking care of both the parents and being loved and blessed by them daily?
When respect is your desire, you invest in it, when money is your desire, you pay by respect for it.
B. Lavish Child vs Able Child
i) Given a choice how would you want to see your adult child in your old age?
a) On drugs, branded clothes, night parties, sports cars, spoiled brat friends, not having to do anything, no family but real filthy rich.
b) Hardworking, with fair struggles of life, with a loving family, grandchild, a good human being.
Seeing yourself either as APJ’s parents or Siddhant Malya’s parents is a choice.
C. Greedy Partner vs Partner’s Future Safety
i) Given a choice, would you want to bring a diamond necklace every day for your partner, or would you want to ensure her life and dignity is safe should something happen to you?
ii) Do you want to have a partner who heals you when you come back home with her smile, tea, and cooked food, or do you want to see a partner who doesn’t have to do anything?
You will pay for your partner’s pleasure, or she will invest her love for the future.
D. Daughter vs Satisfied and Happy Mother
i) How do you want to see your daughter in old age? A happy mother raising your grandchildren, your genes through which you will survive even after death, or a family-less, child-less sad, and depressed girl who is taking care of you?
E. Gambling vs Nation Building
i) “Father, I earned ₹10 Cr this month,” “Your child is building science, nation, knowledge, country. We are so proud of him.”
Which one would make your father cry in emotions?
F. Retirement vs Entrepreneurship
i) Would you want to retire with a filthy amount of money so that your family prays for your early demise to have it all or a built business to run with your wisdom, and experience so that you live an entrepreneurial life, having your family and children by you?
G. Returns vs Earns
i) Would you want your money to return you more money, or would you want it to give you tools, values, knowledge, networks, and people to be able to earn respect, more money, and love?
H. The PAIO Emotion
We need money to live life, but there has to be a life in the first place.
PAIO Nation Builder= Money+{Family, safety, love, respect, knowledge, future, children, dignity, society, fulfillment, satisfaction}
Investment=Moneyx{money}
I. A Note to the Current and Future Investors
i) We are creating, testing, validating, and building technology and businesses for you and your children. Should you want to run a vertical independently in the future after retirement, you have the choices.
ii) Should anything happen to you(God forbid), we will provide a safe and dignified livelihood to your family.
iii) Money has to be earned. Youth won’t be given a salary beyond their bare minimum frugal life. So that they earn for the entities, themselves, for others.
iv) No money will be burnt on silly operational expenditures, lavishness, or lifestyle. Everything would have to be invested to create value. I love reality and so value that can be specified and the assets should appreciate like a knowledgebase and technology.
v) I want the entities to give dividends every month, which ensures a safe old age for our investors, rather than chasing getting rich quick exits.
vi) I want opportunities for our children to intern in these entities, learning real-life business, science, and technology rather than wasting our money in silly colleges, and then living a slave life in corporates.
PAIO will relentlessly work for the future you want to see, by me, with me, and long after me.
J. Conclusion (The Beginning )
I am going to leave behind strong families, youngsters with uncompromising values, hardworking, struggling, building a nation together, holding each other’s hands, and creating a chain economy.
And for our youth to build the future, they need to go through tough tests of hunger, survivability, a test of ethics, test of courage, patience, perseverance, discipline, science, technology, business, literature, conversation, social skills, reading, writing, empathy and so many more.
I am going to leave behind the knowledge these groups of youngsters would need, the resources they require, the network they must have, and the tools they would require.
Create immense values, rather than chasing valuation. Society, country, customers, and family will give you the valuation, not some silly financial pundits. No get rich quick, no schemes.
I want to close my eyes with the satisfaction of leaving behind a healthy society filled with love, respect, dignity, and honor, cohesive families, hardworking honest children, and a safe future.
I don’t leave the future to luck and sharks.
